Autumn is a time of harvest and gratitude for all that has occurred during the year. It is also a time when nature’s energy begins to slow and settle.
The Yoga Nidra for this session will help to create a sense of calm, allowing time to release all that we no longer needed while reaching a state of quiet gratitude for all that has manifested. Singing bowls will be incorporated into the practice to help access the state of Yoga Nidra.
You will be slowly guided out at the end and we will spend some time grounding our energy leaving you feeling relaxed and settled.
