Yoga Nidra is a state of consciousness that allows the body and mind to rest completely while still retaining a level of awareness.
In this session, the yoga nidra will be focused on transitioning into summer, inspiring a sense of vitality and enthusiasm for life during the celebratory part of the year. Singing bowls will be incorporated into the practice to help access the state of Yoga Nidra.
You will be slowly guided out at the end and we will spend some time grounding our energy leaving you feeling relaxed and settled.
